As a Merger and Acquisition Consulting Firm, ABIC was founded in 1978 by Warner W. Martin who subsequently acquired the business interests of ProCorp, a Business Brokerage Firm which was established in 1968.  During their tenure in the Midwest, ABIC and ProCorp have completed over 300 transactions.  Clients of ABIC are both acquiring and selling parties acting as individuals and/or corporate identities.  ABIC is the exclusive member of the "International Network of M&A Partners" (IMAP) in Southern Ohio.  IMAP is the largest association of independently owned merger and acquisition professionals with offices in the USA and the international marketplace.  Via a confidential, closed loop on the Internet and the coordinated activities of our Corporate Headquarters, ABIC is able to offer very discreet, confidential representation.
