Warner W. Martin, CBI founded ABIC in 1978 after holding various management positions (Chief Engineer, General Manager, Director of International Operations, etc.) at Huffy Corporation and Lau/Phillips Industries.  Corporate assignments included the divestiture of European operations and the sale or acquisition of domestic product lines/divisions.  Warner has been President of the International Merger and Acquisition Consultants (INTERMAC) and Chairman of International Network of M&A Partners (IMAP).  He has earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Ohio.  His engineering education (B.S.M.E.) plus senior management experience operating both international and domestic manufacturing and distribution companies provide quick comprehension of growth opportunities for clients.
